tack, saddles and trailers. We DO NOT broker, sell, represent, or guarantee any
horse, service or item listed on this site but instead only offer a marketing
place for sellers and buyers to meet. GotEquine does not guarantee the sale of
your horse. GotEquine does not guarantee the seller or owners services, horse's
performance, representations, fitness for purpose or health of horse being sold
or purchased. We are in no way involved in the actual sale of any horse, tack,
saddle or trailer sold on this site. In the event that you the buyer have a
dispute with a seller with one or more users of this site, you release
GotEquine, its owners, agents, subsidiaries and employees from any claims,
damages and demands of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way
connected with said dispute. GotEquine makes no warranties or guarantees, as to
the accuracy or authenticity of any ad or advertisement on this site. Your
linking to any other website is at your own risk and GotEquine shall have no
responsibility. Under no circumstances, shall GotEquine be held responsible for
any damage or loss of any kind incurred, as the result of the use of any content
emailed, posted or otherwise made available through this site. This site or its
owners will in no way be liable for you are any third party, for any damages

Disallowed Advertising
- No defamation of
character. There will be no bashing on this site. If you have a problem with
someone take them to court but this site will not be used for slanderous ads.
This includes any warning, malicious , harassment or derogatory ads. Any
slanderous ad will be removed immediately and the person listing the ad will
have their account terminated as well as their IP address blocked and will not
be allowed to advertise on GotEquine in the future. If you have a complaint
about a seller on our site, please contact us with the details. If we suspect
that a seller is participating in any sort of fraudulent or questionable
activity using this site or engaging in any sort of misleading or false
advertisement, we will disable their account without notice at our own
discretion. - Profanity is strictly banned from this site. There will be no
strong, vulgar or offensive language. This is a family friendly site. Online
vandalism. No Posting Junk Mail Or Scams. No Posting Illegal Content No Posting
Vulgar Or Pornographic Pictures Or Videos Any disallowed ads found will be
removed immediately with no refund. Advertiser will have their account closed
and will not be allowed to advertise in the future on GotEquine.

Right To Refuse Service
GotEquine has the right to refuse service to anyone for any
reason. You understand and agree that without prior notice, GotEquine has the
right to immediately terminate your GotEquine account and terminate access to
this site.

Advertising
We strive to keep the advertising process on GotEquine
as simple as possible. We want this advertising on our site to be an easy
process so we have made process of getting your ad online as painless as
possible. We offer two types of ads and they are as follows:
Text Ad – This ad
is just what it states, simply a text ad telling potential buyers about your
horse. There are no pictures or videos. This ad can not be listed as a Feature
Ad on the front page of GotEquine. This ad will come after all Premium Ads in
the search engine. These ads run for sixty days. This ad is free.
Premium Ad – This ad offers unlimited text. Unlike many websites
that limit you to a few words we give you all the space that you need to tell
about your horse. This ad also includes 14 pictures as well as 4
videos. These ads come before the Text Ads in the search engine. These ads run
for 60 days. The price for the Premium Ad is $20.00.
Featured Ad – This ad is featured on the front page of the
GotEquine in the featured ads boxes on rotation. This ad is an upgrade option of
the Premium Ad and price is determined by the number of days that ad is featured
on the front page.
Refresh Ad – This option is an upgrade for the Premium Ad. At any
time during duration of ad, ad may be brought back to the top of the ads in the
search engine. Ad will appear before all ads of that type. Example: A Tennessee
Walker would go back to the top of all Tennessee Walker ads. (This ad will not
stay at the top but will drop back down as new ads are placed or other ads are
refreshed) This is a wonderful tool to keep your horse in front of potential
buyers. This process may be done as many times as advertiser chooses during ad
duration. The price for this option is $5.00.

There is a no refund policy on this site.
Once ad is placed and seller has opted to complete the ad transaction process
there will be no refunds even if seller opts to remove or deletes ad. Seller has
the right to delete ad or mark sold at any time during the duration of ad.
7.
Account Log In And Password
Every member will create their own account designating a log in and password of
their choice. It is the members responsibility to maintain the confidentiality
of the log in and password and are responsible for all activities that occur,
whether or not authorized by you, under your password or account. You agree to
notify GotEquine immediately of any suspicious activity in connection to your
log in or password. GotEquine shall not be responsible for any damage to you for
any unauthorized activity of your account.
